    Respect Beer – Noble Motto

When drinking your beer, always consider the people who made it. Think of the passion they have for it and how they are probably proud of their work. This keeps you in the right frame of mind when evaluating that glass of drink on your hand.

Do constructive criticism only for the beer you are drinking. Never badmouth it and put it in a bad light unnecessarily. If you don’t like it, then say so constructively – for all intents and purposes, have respect for the beer and its makers.

As you become one of the mature drinkers of beer, you will learn to distinguish which one is of good quality and which of those you have tasted fits your palate. This will not however limit your drinking to only those you like - in fact, you will continue on with your experimentation of each beer that comes new into the market or to those that is available only to a local area that you are traveling at.

With each beer tasted will be an experience for you to learn on. If you are what might be referred to as a beer geek, you will most probably take notes on how your evaluation goes for a particular type.

You know pretty well how to evaluate each beer and any other how-tos that relate to it. You have certain ways to go about pouring beer to a right glassware, appraising it, drinking it and the like. Well, you wouldn’t be called a beer geek for nothing.
