Well, my boyfriend bought Canadian Bacon and Lil Smokies to make Stromboli, but the dough went bad before we got a chance. Any good recipes or ideas besides your simple pizza, flat bread, stromboli, calzones, etc? I was thinking about baking them with brown sugar, but that's so boring. Ideas?

lil smokies chop them up and fry them and add to your favorite sauce for spaghetti

canadian bacon you can use it in green beans for more flavor or just add to omelets or stuff them into chicken breasts with some cheese! chicken cordon bleu!

Take a can of frozen crescent roll dough and separate the triangles, cut them in 1/2. Place a L'il Smokie on the wide end and roll it up. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a great appetizer for parties.

I just use Canadian Bacon, cut up in omelettes. (I know boring, but I like it)
