There is a special week for that? I eat meat but....
Perhaps I will prepare some curried cauliflower, samosas and some spicy lentils for the occasion as my sister is vegetarian and would really love it since she can't cook. It would be a nice break from eating Morningstar and Boca all the time I imagine.

Hm, I did not know that existed to be honest.
