    Indulge In A Healthy Way With Fruit Soups


    Soups are merely plain water mixed with various ingredients, like vegetables and meat and placed into boil until the flavors are extracted in a so-called broth. Boiling is the method of cooking
    used in the preparation of soups. However, since boiling only emerged when waterproof containers were invented. It is arguably noted that soups have existed around the same time boiling was
    created around 5,000 years ago.

    Fruits, on the other hand, are healthy and delicious foods very common to man. They have long been used as desserts or just a tasty snack to binge on. Fruits have countless definition on the
    dictionary. But one thing's for sure, it nourishes the body and it is one type of food that you can have as much as you would want and still be healthy.

    And the combination of both, if you ask me, is just plain marvelous. Fruit soups have long been in the industry but were only recently popularized. Probably due to the reason that more and
    more people today are becoming health and diet conscious. Over time, it has been called countless names. But the truth is, even though language may change the concept behind these fruits

    soups still remain the same. It is basically hot water mixed with fruits to a boil. However, people made countless variations and alterations on this supposed simple recipe. Today, a lot of types
    and techniques are used just to prepare a luscious bowl of fruit soup.

    Fruit soups can either be served cold or hot, it depends upon the recipe that you are recreating. For hot season, a huge number of cold fruit soups are doled out. Some may even use dried fruits

    like raisins as an ingredient. To make fruits soups creamy and rich, milk and creams may be included. To top all of that, spices of your choice may be added as well as alcoholic beverages to
    perk things up.

    One of the most common fruit soups is the Winter Melon. It uses a chicken base boiled for several hours to extract the finest broth. It is then topped with vegetables and mushrooms.

    The aforementioned is only one of the countless variations available to us now. These fruits soups are not only scrumptious but at the same time healthy. So, what are you waiting for?
