    Vegetable Soup Recipe

If you need a soup that uses staple ingredients immediately found in your refrigerator, then you've found one. This Hamburger vegetable soup recipe will definitely delight the entire family and fill
your kitchen with requests to cook it again. Besides the palatable taste, this vegetable soup recipe is high in fiber and rich in essential nutrients your family needs to jumpstart their day.

Check if you have these ingredients in your refrigerator: 1 pound ground beef, 4 cups chicken broth, 4 cups water, 2 packages (an ounce each) of dry onion soup mix, one 15-ounce can tomato

sauce, 2 stalks celery chopped, one onion chopped, one 16-ounce package frozen mixed vegetables, and 3 cup elbow macaroni. Alternatively, you can use fresh vegetables found in the frozen
package if you are apprehensive about the benefits of frozen vegetables.

This soup is as simple as one, two, three, and yet is great-tasting. Don't mind the beef in a chicken broth - that's where the secret of this vegetable soup recipe lies. Now you're ready to make
a healthy soup for your family.

Prepare a saucepan and cook ground beef over medium heat until it is brownish. Separately in a large stockpot, combine the rest of the ingredients, and boil. Then simmer until the macaroni is
cooked. Combine the browned ground beef and simmer for a few minutes until beef is quite tender. This vegetable soup recipe tastes a lot better when you served hot.

It is a hearty soup rich in protein, although it's a bit high in sodium per serving. If you or one of your family members is under a doctor's supervision, reduce the quantity of bouillon since it tends
to contain much of the sodium in this recipe.

Despite the high sodium, high cholesterol, high saturated fat content of this vegetable soup recipe, you'll see that it contains several essential vitamins and minerals in high amounts that equal

to more than half or almost half of the daily dietary requirements. It contains 136% of Vitamin A, 51% of Vitamin C, 14% Calcium, 55% Iron, 51% Thiamin, 138% Niacin, 40% Vitamin B6, 30%
Magnesium, 62% Folate, and 33% dietary fiber.

The original recipe makes about four servings. You can increase the quantity of each ingredient if you want to prepare a soup that can satisfy more than four people. Since this vegetable soup
recipe is already high in protein, you can make a complete meal out of it by serving whole wheat bread or a toast.

This vegetable soup recipe might empty your refrigerator but it sure will satisfy your appetite.
